Instead of reacting alone, members work through the situation in a structured environment focused on clarity, strategy, and documentation.

Participants often use Lab Pass when navigating situations such as:

SITUATIONS THAT MAY NOT BE APPROPRIATE

Lab Pass is not designed for situations involving:

  • severe psychological harm
  • Matters requiring legal or clinical intervention

If a situation falls into one of these categories, participants may be directed toward more appropriate resources.

Lab Pass sessions are intentionally small.

Members request a seat, and situations are selected based on readiness and relevance.

Lab Pass works best for professionals who:

  • Have 8–15+ years of professional experience
  • Work in environments involving leadership interaction or cross-functional decision making
  • Are navigating workplace dynamics that require thoughtful strategy rather than immediate crisis response
  • Are open to reflective discussion and constructive feedback
