Founder + behavioral operations strategist
For years I was the person in the room who could see what the org chart didn’t say out loud. The manager everyone tiptoed around. The policy that changed right after someone spoke up. The “culture problem” that was really one person nobody would confront.
My training is in experimental behavioral psychology, so I don’t just feel those patterns. I study them. And I kept seeing capable people, especially women of color, get told the problem was their tone, their face, their attitude.
So I built Bikomeye: a podcast that says it out loud, a library that gives you the receipts, and a community where you don’t have to figure it out alone.
If something at work feels off, it’s worth naming before it’s worth doubting.
A calm record and the right words protect you more than being right in the moment.
The people who get through it well have a room of people in their corner.

Get It Off Your Chest™ happens twice a month inside the community.
